what is the minimum temp for application? I would like to put this on my new new smoker but being winter in the ozark I don't see us getting above 40 in the near future. Should I wait until we get a warm spell?

It's best to put it on near room temp and that is what we suggest. We have had customers put it on in colder temps with success but there could be issues. Definitely do not install in freezing temps.
